Proud Lifts

Logs your sets, reps, and weight so you actually know if you’re getting stronger.

How it works

I was using a basic workout tracker, very simple and easy to use. No profiles, no leaderboards, just keeping track of workouts and seeing progress. The only thing really is that I find the interface unappealing. I also noticed that there were certain features I was missing. Nothing that made the app unusable, there were just some ways that I could make it work better for me. So I built something that just logs workouts properly: sets, reps, weight, tracked over time so I can see progress instead of assuming it. I also made the interface more appealing for myself and added some (funny) motivations throughout the app. Right now, for example, you can pick from a handful of in-app color themes to make it feel like yours. To make it personal, the color choices are based on the pride flag!
